How long does it take to complete a new web site design?
The timescale for each project is generally dictated by the client and we strive to meet your deadline on budget and on time. However, the most common delay in website creation is waiting for the content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.

I would like you to design my new website, what do I need to do next?
The next step is to inform us of the domain name you would like to use and send us a brief idea of your requirements. We will then purchase the domain in your name, purchase the right hosting package for your project and then based on your guidance, design a test web page for you.

Do I need to buy a domain name and hosting?
This is not required as we can do everything for you.

How much will a web-site cost?
The cost of a websites vary, depending upon the type of website that you are looking for. We have a complete range of web sites from a simple one-page site from 3,999 baht to a bespoke site with full support and eCommerce from 19,999 baht. Obviously each site has to be treated on it's individual requirements, but these figures should give you an idea of the costs.

Do I need to pay a deposit for the work?
We request a 50% deposit for all website development and the balance of payment is then due on the complete satisfaction of the project.

How do I get my new website listed in Google?
As part of our service to all of our clients, Pattaya Webs will submit all new websites that we design to Google and other major search engines.

What is search engine optimisation?
All web pages should be 'search engine optimised'. This enables your web site to gain a high search engine ranking, revolving around the page titles and meta tags on your web pages. A web page that isn't optimised will struggle to be recognised in the search engines. Click here for more information on search engine optimisation.

Will we need to have a meeting?
In some cases a meeting isn't necessary and many of our web sites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone only.

What aftersales support do you offer?
After the completion of a website project we are constantly available for after sales service. Any slight tweaks or amendments can be carried out to the site free of charge in the first three months. Any additional support thereafter will be charged at an hourly rate of 500 baht.
